Zouhair-Car provides vehicle rental services in Morocco.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identity & Contact: name, date/place of birth, national ID/passport number, driver’s license details, address, email, phone.

  • Rental Details: reservation info, rental period, vehicle details, pickup/return locations, incident/claim records, traffic/parking fines linked to your rental.

  • Payment Data: payment method (including cash on delivery), transaction records, and deposit/authorization details (for non-cash transactions, processed securely by our payment provider—card numbers are not stored by us beyond what is necessary).

  • Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referral URL, and cookies.

  • Location Data (optional): when using map features or if a vehicle is equipped with telematics/anti-theft devices (we will indicate this at pickup if enabled).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage reservations, contracts, payments, deposits, and returns.

  • To verify identity, driving eligibility, and prevent fraud/abuse.

  • To provide customer support and communicate about your booking.

  • To handle incidents, insurance claims, fines, and legal requests.
